Today is bittersweet as we say goodbye to a great friend Dave Aument. Dave was an avid Honda Goldwing Rider. Dave was a wonderful man with a beautiful smile and traveled across the country many times with the love of his life Wanda. We had the opportunity of traveling across the country with them in 2014. Not long after we returned from our trip they found out that he had cancer. He did treatments and enjoyed his life one day at a time. When we went across the country last summer he was not able to travel with us but followed our blog and commented that he felt like he was riding along with us. Today Dave has received his golden wings. Everytime we ride we know you will be riding along with us. Until we meet again Dear friend.
I will always feel that Dave is riding along with us even though he is now riding the highway to Heaven and now has his own gold wings. Until we meet again Dave.
