Day 5

After a night at the campground we got up, took showers and then went to town to have some breakfast at a local diner. Our food was great and then we returned to the campground to take down our tent and pack up. After we packed up we headed to Watkins Glen gorge. There was some construction happening at the bottom of the gorge so we opted to park at the bottom, take the shuttle to the top and walk down. The mile and a half hike took us about 51 minutes with frequent stopping for some beautiful pictures. After hiking The gorge, we hopped on the bike and headed to Williamsport for the night. We went out to dinner at the Bullfrog Brewery in downtown Williamsport. Then checked in for the night at the ridgemont motel in South Williamsport.
